A teacher's job is one of the most challenging job, and one of the  most valued positions in today's professional world. Especially the  elementary teacher's job is quite different as well. So is the interview  also different from others. Elementary  teachers are one of the most important people in the life of a child as  the children are nurtured by them at the youngest age of their life. • What will you do, or what will be your reaction if an angry parent  comes into the classroom in the morning and yells at you for placing  their child in a wrong reading group? 
• What do you know about (XYZ) grade development ability and how would you utilize that knowledge into the curriculum?  
• What is the important aspect of (XYZ) grade? 
• What are the ingredients for a balanced reading program? 
• Are you used to everyday math and/or investigations? 
• What activities will you carry out in your classroom, and what will the children do? 
• Describe rules for (XYZ) grade classroom vs. (XYZ) grade classroom. Decide the rules for both the grades.
